ORO AGRI International Ltd has appointed three new members of staff to its technical and development team in Italy, France and Turkey.
Onorio Gamberini has joined the ORO AGRI team and will be based in Italy. His career began with Rhone Poulenc Agrochimie, where he was Technical Manager, Fungicides for 19 years covering screening, development, residue trials and product support. His career then spanned the joint ventures of Aventis and the Bayer acquisition where he retained his position. He then moved to Cheminova Italia as Research and Development Manager before joining Nufarm Italia as Regulatory and Development Manager, and more recently as Customer Marketing Manager, for 10 years.
“Onorio has a great breadth of knowledge of the Italian market as well as sales, technical, operational and strategic marketing experience within the European agrochemical industry. He has also worked for key multi-national crop protection companies nationally and internationally,” explains Ms. Carol Pullen, General Manager Europe. “He is therefore ideally placed to help ORO AGRI provide the necessary technical and development support in the country.”
Joining the team in France is Elodie Rebolle. After graduating from the VetAgro Sup, Clermont Ferrand, Elodie began her career at BASF Agricultural Solutions as customer technical support for its digital crop monitoring service. She then spent three years working as a sales representative in South East France before joining Nufarm in 2017. Her career has provided her with sales, technical and operational experience of the French market which sets her up well for her new role as France business development and technical support with ORO AGRI.
Finally, Murat Yavuzer has joined ORO AGRI as part of its Technical and Development team in Turkey. Murat graduated as an Agriculture Engineer before joining Koppert Biological Systems in 2012 as a Direct Sales Specialist. In 2018 he went to work for Nufarm as its Business Development and Technical support. His expertise and strong knowledge of the Turkish market will lend itself to his new role within ORO AGRI. Murat will join Orcun Urun, Country Manager of Oro Agri Turkey, as they embark on establishing a new ORO AGRI entity in Turkey planned early 2020.
